Senior Executive - Partnership

About the role

The Mills Fabrica is a collaborative platform for sustainability-focused tech innovations in the techstyle and agrifood sectors, backed by a venture capital fund, a business incubator, an impact retail store and spaces in Hong Kong and London. It is hiring a Senior Executive - Partnership, based in Hong Kong, to drive collaboration across its innovation ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiatives under customized innovation programs for Fabrica's corporate partners, such as knowledge sharing sessions, tours, workshops, fireside chats and project pitching.
• Set project timelines and deliverables.
• Recruit and identify relevant startups and ecosystem partners to take part in innovation programs.
• Support Fabrica's incubatees and portfolio companies, including organizing activities and events and developing new initiatives for the startup community.
• Support Fabrica's marketing events, programs and content, especially those involving ecosystem partners and networks.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Economics, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in sizable organizations, in sales and marketing, event organization or public/corporate relations.
• Strong interest in and understanding of the Hong Kong startup ecosystem.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Executive - Partnership.

Required skills

• Business acumen in project management and program design, with evidence of organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player with strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
