Contract Cashier - Customer Service Center (6 Months)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Contract Assistant Officer for its Customer Service Center, in a cashier role lasting 6 months. The post provides and processes information and payments in response to customers' enquiries, concerns and requests during day-to-day cashier counter operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and process information and payments using operation systems, guidelines, digital tools and applications, in response to customers' enquiries and requests about insurance products and services
• Provide the Mainlander Sales Verification service face-to-face or via an electronic platform, ensuring new business applications meet compliance and underwriting requirements
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional way to improve customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other functions and departments to keep operations efficient and effective
• Handle customer complaints, offer solutions and alternatives, and report to the supervisor

Required profile

• Form 7 or above
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently under pressure
• Customer-focused and result-oriented
