Field Service Site Supervisor

About the role

The Field Service Site Supervisor will lead on‑site execution of electrical and mechanical refurbishment projects in Hong Kong, acting as the primary interface between the project manager, safety team and field technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of site work as the lead CPT for the assigned project.
• Conduct site surveys and trials according to project manager and engineer instructions, providing feedback on technical feasibility and resource optimisation.
• Lead and supervise field service technicians and contractors performing electrical/mechanical refurbishment.
• Ensure execution excellence regarding project scope, tooling readiness, safety and work quality.
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders to keep work progress on schedule.
• Handle installation and technical issues, report progress and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in E&M Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent apprenticeship/training.
• At least 5 years of practical maintenance experience, preferably in railway, rolling stock, automobile or related industries.
• Valid Hong Kong driving licence (category 2).
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Relevant certifications such as MTRC CP(T), Electrical Worker Grade A, Certified Safety Supervisor or First Aid are advantageous.
