HR Generalist (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR Enablement efforts across the APAC region. In this role you will partner with managers and employees to deliver HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and help shape a consistent employee experience that reflects our culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Facilitate talent management, engagement, learning & development, career coaching, mentoring, employee relations, and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with global enablement teams, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to improve the employee lifecycle.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.
• Represent employee sentiment to leadership, providing insights on culture and morale.
• Maintain compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
• Support the rollout and oversight of HR policies and programs in line with global strategy.
• Assist HR operations to deliver effective services and support organizational change at the country level.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting detailed investigations when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Human Resources with a solid operational foundation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
• Knowledge of APAC markets is highly beneficial; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
