About the role

Join KOS International’s Hong Kong team as a Recruitment Consultant focused on Supply Chain and Industrial sectors. You will act as a true talent partner, linking top engineering and industrial professionals with leading companies, and helping solve critical business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the Industrial & Engineering market in Hong Kong.
• Identify, engage, and assess high‑potential candidates for supply‑chain and industrial roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client organisations.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and support their career development.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment such as sales, engineering, or business development.
• Strong curiosity, drive, integrity and high intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Motivation to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
