Sales Executive – Flexible Office Lease (APAC/UAE)

About the role

Nextspace is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive flexible office lease sales across the APAC region and the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients looking for workspace solutions, guiding them from inquiry to signed lease.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound client enquiries and schedule workspace tours with partner operators.
• Maintain and enrich the CRM system with accurate lead data and feedback.
• Own the sales pipeline: identify new prospects, track each stage, and close deals.
• Conduct negotiations, address objections, and deliver value‑driven leasing solutions.
• Proactively generate new business through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Provide 5‑star customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• University degree (any field).
• Minimum 1 year of sales or business‑development experience; real‑estate or coworking background is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Possession of a real‑estate licence is advantageous.
