Sales Manager, Investment

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Sales Manager to join its Wealth Team within the People & Investments business in Hong Kong. You will drive revenue growth, build client relationships and promote the firm’s investment capabilities to corporate and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in driving revenue and client growth within targeted segments.
• Build relationships, manage pipelines and support the sales process for both internal and external activities.
• Collaborate with the existing team to execute the sales strategy and raise awareness of investment capabilities.
• Prepare articles, marketing materials and support client events, roadshows and ad‑hoc business development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in investment management or consulting.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Proactive, disciplined and results‑driven with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Ability to produce marketing and client‑facing materials.
