Senior Analyst – Business Development

About the role

Join the Health & Benefits team within Marsh’s People and Investments business, working hybrid with at least three days in the Hong Kong office. You will receive hands‑on training and coaching to develop commercial capability and progress toward senior client leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business for total rewards and employee benefits products, building and managing a pipeline of target accounts in Hong Kong.
• Run first‑meeting discovery calls with HR, Finance and business owners to qualify opportunities.
• Develop client‑ready proposals, pitch decks, benefit comparisons and high‑level program designs.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor positioning and emerging opportunities.
• Create marketing plans and leverage events and networking to generate leads and convert contacts into meetings.
• Maintain sales discipline by updating CRM, providing pipeline forecasts and ensuring timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales or client servicing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight timelines.
• Good knowledge of the Hong Kong HR market and employee benefits is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using AI tools for sales and proposal creation.
