Senior Business Development Manager, Hong Kong

About the role

Sleek, a Hong Kong-based business services company serving micro-SMEs through its Corporate Secretary, Accounting & Bookkeeping and FinTech payments segments, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role engages inbound leads, presents Sleek's value and converts opportunities into loyal clients, with a monthly OTE of 80K+ HKD.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, professional services, financial services, fintech or a consultative sales environment.
• Proven ability to manage inbound leads and turn opportunities into customers.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus; already based in Hong Kong.
• Nice to have: experience with founders, startups or SMEs, professional Mandarin, and exposure to accounting, payroll, company incorporation or corporate secretarial businesses.

Required skills

• Strong discovery, communication and relationship-building skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini to prepare conversations, qualify leads and boost productivity.

The interview process lasts no more than 3 weeks and includes a 30-minute screening call, a 60-minute technical round with a live case study and roleplay, a 45-minute behavioural round with leadership, and a reference check. Background checks may be required because Sleek is a regulated entity.
