About the role

A top Chinese asset management institution based in Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager through its recruiter. The role is a hands-on position within a Compliance team of six people.

Key responsibilities

Conduct pre-trade and post-trade reviews using Bloomberg AIM
Code compliance rules in Bloomberg AIM
Maintain and update investment compliance policies
Provide investment compliance advice to investment teams
Perform general compliance tasks as required

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university; a Master's degree is preferable
3-8 years of solid experience in investment compliance, with hands-on experience in Bloomberg AIM
Experience in a well-established asset management firm is preferable
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as the Fund Manager Code of Conduct, the UT Code and MPF regulations
Strong understanding of the asset management business and good knowledge of SFC authorised funds, UCITS and Cayman SPC
Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
