Senior Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Contract Manager

About the role

The ScopeDevelopment Contracts Admin Team is looking for a senior professional to lead the design and construction contract process for global development projects. Based in Hong Kong, the role involves close collaboration with internal departments and occasional travel to Macau.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive design and construction contracts.
• Track, expedite, collect and collate periodic reports and other regular data submissions.
• Manage the bidding process, issue RFPs, analyse proposals and prepare BAW while ensuring change management outcomes are captured.
• Attend and prepare meeting notes for pre‑award, progress and project delivery meetings.
• Review and approve payment certificates of supply‑chain partners and maintain project registers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, Cost Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Quantity Surveying with a contractor/developer background.
• Relevant project management experience and commercial awareness of construction procurement.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin are advantageous.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized professional.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Ariba procurement platform.
• Knowledge of Sage accounting/network systems.
• Familiarity with Timberline ACR software.
