Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to deliver expert engineering support for pump, HVAC and automation systems to Grundfos customers across the Greater Hong Kong region. You will join a diverse, inclusive team that focuses on improving water solutions, reducing energy use and enhancing quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical service, troubleshooting and commissioning for pump systems, HVAC installations and automation controls.
• Identify operational and process risks, propose effective solutions and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
• Initiate and support projects that enhance service quality and customer engagement.
• Manage administrative and facility‑related tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mechanical or electromechanical engineering professional with strong knowledge of fluid mechanics and automation control.
• Degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 2‑3 years in HVAC systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
