Strategic Key Account & Partnership Lead, Hong Kong

About the role

As the Strategic Key Account & Partnership Lead for Hong Kong, you will drive revenue growth, vaccination uptake, and market access across vaccination centres and key healthcare accounts. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be the primary commercial lead for Moderna in this market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver commercial and sales targets across assigned accounts and channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end tender processes, including opportunity identification, bid submission, negotiation and contract award.
• Develop and execute key account plans to maximize performance and growth.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government health agencies, medical societies, procurement bodies and vaccination centres.
• Generate market insights and translate them into actionable account strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on pricing, supply, and medical inputs to align on access strategies.
• Support HCP education, CME programs and vaccination campaigns through partnership development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, tendering and market access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance in a lean market environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with government, medical societies and healthcare providers.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes.
