Surgical Sales Specialist – Intraocular Lenses

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist to drive the sales of intraocular lenses for cataract surgery within private clinics and hospitals in Hong Kong. The role focuses on building relationships with surgeons and healthcare staff, promoting Alcon’s premium eye‑care products, and supporting case execution.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Alcon intraocular lenses to surgeons performing cataract procedures in private clinics and hospitals.
• Conduct regular visits, engage new and existing customers, and provide case support.
• Maintain strong rapport with surgeons, clinic and hospital staff for day‑to‑day operations.
• Execute sales plans and organise activities, events, or meetings to increase customer engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, congress exhibitions, and educational trainings.
• Gather market intelligence and provide field feedback to the organization.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for priority products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a science‑related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in medical‑device or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience supporting operating‑theatre activities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Operation theatre support experience (preferred).
