Account Executive – IT Solutions (Entry-Level)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join our IT Solutions team as Account Executives. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands‑on exposure to enterprise networking and technology solutions, allowing you to launch a career in technology sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and engage with corporate customers to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations with technical support.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure, collaborating with pre‑sales and engineering teams.
• Conduct regular customer visits, ensure high satisfaction, and keep CRM records up to date.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Mandarin a plus).
