Commercial Manager – APAC Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead growth across our retail, wholesale, e‑commerce and OEM channels in the APAC region. You will be responsible for expanding market presence and strengthening partnerships within the fast‑fashion industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for retail, wholesale, e‑commerce and OEM businesses.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor KPIs across all channels.
• Manage regional wholesale partnerships throughout China and broader Asia.
• Lead franchise development and acquire new wholesale clients.
• Integrate online and offline retail operations for seamless customer experience.
• Oversee relationships with Korean fashion brands and drive OEM business development.
• Collaborate with merchandising and e‑commerce teams on performance and product development.
• Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in fashion retail/wholesale, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management or a related field.
• Proven success in multi‑channel business development and KPI management.
• Deep knowledge of fast‑fashion markets in APAC and OEM operations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages (Thai, Malay) are a plus.
