Customer Service Ambassador

About the role

As a Customer Service Ambassador you will deliver outstanding service to branch visitors while actively promoting up‑selling and cross‑selling of financial products. You will manage cash transactions, present a full range of banking services, and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to customers at the counter.
• Assist the Senior Branch Operations & Service Manager in achieving business targets.
• Maintain balanced cash tills and ensure all transactions are correctly posted to the ledger.
• Update customer records in the computer system and support general filing.
• Comply with anti‑money‑laundering procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Identify operational issues and propose solutions to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer‑facing financial role (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Strong understanding of anti‑money‑laundering policies and procedures.
• Excellent cash‑handling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a branch environment.
