Structured Products Documentation SME – Hong Kong

About the role

Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products business across APAC and seeks an experienced Structured Products Documentation SME to join its global team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on creating and maintaining documentation templates, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving automation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain documentation templates for Structured Products, including Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and ancillary materials.
• Review templates for accuracy against client base templates and specific trade details.
• Manage a pipeline of work, meet deadlines and provide status oversight.
• Partner directly with senior business, legal and operations stakeholders to deliver high‑quality services.
• Champion innovation and process improvement by leveraging technology to streamline documentation workflows.
• Collaborate globally with peers to ensure consistency, efficiency and knowledge sharing across regions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance with deep knowledge of structure types, payoffs and documentation requirements.
• Proven ability to draft and template Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and related documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across business, legal and operational functions.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, capable of handling complex workflows and multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
