Indirect Procurement Manager – Hong Kong & Macau

About the role

This newly created position will lead the indirect procurement function for a world‑renowned luxury brand across Hong Kong and Macau. You will be responsible for shaping sourcing strategy, driving commercial negotiations and ensuring governance throughout the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own OPEX and CAPEX indirect spend categories, manage RFX processes and benchmark markets to deliver measurable value.
• Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert for business units, guiding stakeholders on procurement policies and enhancing the procurement experience.
• Build and manage high‑impact local supplier relationships, including segmentation, performance evaluation, contractual due diligence and risk monitoring.
• Serve as the market “Super User” for e‑procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP, Ariba), delivering training, change management and policy compliance.
• Integrate sustainability principles into sourcing, support CSR supplier audits and contribute to regional ESG objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of procurement or managerial experience in multinational environments.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract drafting and commercial negotiation.
• Strong compliance and risk mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and fluency in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with e‑procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP or Ariba (Super User level preferred).
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong analytical rigor.
