Operations & Production Coordinator

About the role

RAJASAB, a bespoke tailoring house in Hong Kong, is looking for an Operations & Production Coordinator to be the single point of coordination between customers, fabrics, tailors and delivery. The role combines hands‑on garment production with customer communication and administrative tasks, offering ownership of the entire order flow from cutting to dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately cut fabrics to pattern and customer measurements.
• Delegate work to tailors, set deadlines and monitor progress to keep orders on schedule.
• Perform quality control on every finished garment, checking fit, stitching and measurements.
• Prepare and dispatch completed orders, arrange couriers and track deliveries.
• Communicate order status, fittings, alterations and collection to customers via email, phone and messaging.
• Maintain fabric stock levels, place supplier orders and track arrivals.
• Manage order paperwork: logging new orders, digitising sheets, data entry and filing.
• Handle daily business inbox, process payments to couriers, tailors and suppliers, and keep accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Fluent Cantonese and good written English.
• Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and prioritize tasks without supervision.
• Honest and reliable, comfortable handling cash and supplier payments.
• Physically able to perform hands‑on tasks such as cutting fabric and preparing packages.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
