Project Manager (Cantonese Speaking)

About the role

Appnovation is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in Cantonese and English to lead multiple complex, client‑facing projects. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑driven solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage several large‑scale projects concurrently, from discovery through handover.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, architects, product managers, designers and client representatives to define scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, Gantt charts, statements of work and status reports for each phase.
• Estimate, track and control project costs, budgets and resource allocation.
• Analyse profitability, revenue and utilisation across projects and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including RFP responses and opportunity management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment, managing large client teams and budgets.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Cantonese and English.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and drive add‑on sales.
