Test Technician

About the role

TÜV Rheinland is seeking a Test Technician to support its Products business unit. You will work on preparing test sites, performing routine testing, and ensuring that equipment and tools are ready for a variety of product safety assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare test sites and carry out technical preparation activities for testing.
• Perform routine testing on consumer goods, medical devices, electrical products, and other items.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of required equipment and tools.
• Conduct repair or maintenance tasks on testing equipment as needed.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in a testing laboratory (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Willingness to work either the 2nd shift (1 pm – 10 pm) or night shift (9 pm – 6 am).
