About the role
SoftwareOne is looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to drive cloud growth in the Hong Kong region. You will work closely with sales, marketing and hyperscaler partners to generate and qualify new business opportunities across AWS and Microsoft solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect potential customers and generate leads through calls, email, social and digital channels.
- Identify prospect needs and match them with the appropriate SoftwareOne cloud products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow up on campaigns and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records in the CRM and follow the structured sales process.
- Align with AWS and Microsoft business units to support territory go‑to‑market plans.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of cloud and IT technologies.
- Experience in inbound/outbound sales, preferably generating top‑of‑funnel pipeline.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in multi‑channel prospecting.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and aligned with SoftwareOne values.
