Senior Sales Channel Officer

About the role

Sony is looking for a Senior Sales Channel Officer in Kowloon Bay to manage its B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts. The role drives sell-through, maximizes Sony's sales share and shelf presence, and enhances brand activation in the retail space.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and sales operations of B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of key B2B system integrators and corporate clients, and secure new business in the corporate solutions market
• Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and channel performance to inform strategy
• Act as the main link between internal marketing, product and support teams for a customer-first partner experience
• Track and report on key KPIs and recommend improvements to sales performance and program profitability

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in channel or key account management in consumer electronics or tech
• Demonstrated B2B corporate account management experience is highly preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and comfort presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makers
• Ability to interpret sales data such as sell-through and inventory turns
• Advanced leadership capability and a strong track record may lead to an Assistant Manager position
