Account Manager – Cloud & Software Solutions

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer success and accelerate cloud adoption for enterprise clients in Hong Kong. You will act as a strategic partner, guiding customers through digital transformation and ensuring they realize the full value of our software and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire new logos, and expand the existing customer base.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies with short‑, mid‑, and long‑term growth goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and own the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and drive execution.
• Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data while communicating business value.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience in high‑tech or service‑related industries, preferably software sales.
• Proven success selling to mid‑size and large enterprise customers.
• Ability to quickly establish trust with C‑level executives.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
