Operator & License Owner – Build Stranger Soccer in Hong Kong

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for building local partnerships, managing day‑to‑day operations, and creating a vibrant community of players and Official Hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Hong Kong.
• Identify and secure quality football venues for games.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
